Assistant Directors at HNMUN-LA

Assistant Directors play a vital role in enhancing the substantive excellence of our conference. Assistant Directors (ADs) serve alongside our committee directors by moderating and assisting delegates with technical advice, providing the ideas for crises and the means of implementing them, taking notes on committee debate and delegates' participation, and completing any other task required by the chair. Participating as an AD at HNMUN-LA is an enriching educational and cultural experience, as staffers will be able to use their expertise to assist their chairs and help delegates take their debating skills to the next level and will have many opportunities to immerse themselves in the rich culture of the Peruvian capital of Lima. Please that only students enrolled in a university may apply to be an Assistant Director.

Below you will find a number of questions that will allow us to better understand your background in MUN and your reasons for applying to HNMUN-LA. The application will be due on July 8th, 2018. Should you have any questions or concerns as you fill out your application, please do not hesitate to send an email to
