Nuriel R. Vera-DeGraff
Nuriel is a senior at Harvard College studying Mathematics and Social Studies, an interdisciplinary social science concentration. He was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts to Spanish and Haitian parents.
Having competed in Model UN throughout high school and leading his school’s team, Nuriel has continued fostering his love for the MUN world at Harvard — he has directed at HMUN Boston and competed for Harvard’s Inter-Collegiate MUN team. When not directing or competing, Nuriel loves philosophy, opinion journalism, long-distance running, chess, poker, Rubik’s cubes, whistling, and classical piano.
Nuriel is so excited for HNMUN-LA and can’t wait to get started with committee!
